Should you have had any previous eyebrow work done by a different artist, we require a clear, make-up free photograph of your eyebrows to be sent to (407) 494-4982. It's crucial that these photos receive our approval before you make any bookings.
Our Cancellation Policy:
Please note, all payments for services already provided and deposits for future sessions are entirely non-refundable and non-transferable. All paid deposits will go towards the outstanding balance of your upcoming appointment, which needs to be settled in full prior to the session's commencement.
Should you need to reschedule with less than 48 hours' notice, arrive sick or accompanied by children, turn up more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, or fail to show up (no-show), your deposit will be surrendered. To make a new booking, an additional deposit will be necessary.
